This page describes which personal data I process on smolikja.team, for what purpose and what rights you have.

Who processes the data
The data controller is Ing. Jakub Smolík, company ID (IČO) 21712107, registered address č. p. 50, 591 01 Vysoké. For anything concerning personal data, contact me at [email protected].
Contact form
When you write to me through the form, I process your name, e-mail address and the text of your message. The purpose is to answer your enquiry and arrange a possible collaboration; the legal basis is pre-contractual negotiation and my legitimate interest in handling the enquiry.
The message is sent and stored by my e-mail provider, Purelymail (Add Rabbit LLC, USA), acting as a processor. I keep the data for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting collaboration, then delete it.
To protect the form from abuse I briefly keep a hash of the sender's IP address; it expires after 24 hours at most.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses no analytics or marketing cookies and does not track your behaviour. It stores a single technical cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, with the language you chose, valid for one year.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing and to object. Just write to the e-mail above. You can also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
